Cookies Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-09
This page explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on Agentbrisk, why we use them, and how you can control them. For our broader privacy practices, see our privacy policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They store information your browser can read on later visits. Cookies have many uses, from remembering your preferences to measuring how a site is used to delivering personalized advertising.
We also use a few similar technologies on Agentbrisk, including local storage (a browser-based storage system) for preferences like dark mode, and pixel tags (tiny invisible images) used by ad networks for measurement.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to run the site:
- theme (local storage): remembers whether you've chosen light or dark mode. Set when you click the theme toggle. Stored locally in your browser, never sent to our servers.
Strictly necessary cookies don't require your consent because the site can't function properly without them.
Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count visitors and understand which pages are popular. The analytics provider does not use third-party cookies and does not collect personal data. The data we receive is aggregate (page views by country, top pages, referrer sources) and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
Advertising
Pages that display advertisements include cookies and pixel tags from third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense and equivalent platforms. These cookies are used to:
- Measure ad performance (whether an ad was viewed or clicked).
- Limit how often you see the same ad.
- Personalize ads based on your interests, if you've consented.
The exact cookies set by ad networks change over time. You can review the current set by inspecting your browser's cookie storage on any Agentbrisk page that displays ads.
Security
Our hosting provider Cloudflare may set cookies to identify and block malicious traffic. The most common is a session cookie called __cf_bm that helps tell humans from bots.
How to manage cookies
You have several ways to control cookies:
In your browser
Every modern browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. You can usually:
- Block all cookies (the site may not work fully).
- Block third-party cookies (you can still use the site, but ads may be less relevant).
- Delete cookies on close (a fresh start each session).
- Install browser extensions that block trackers more aggressively.
Help pages for popular browsers:
For advertising specifically
You can opt out of personalized advertising through:
- Google Ad Settings for ads served by Google.
- Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out for U.S. ad networks.
- Your Online Choices for EU ad networks.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-wide agreement on what that signal should mean, we treat it as a hint but do not commit to any specific behavior. We use the same minimal data collection approach for all visitors regardless of the signal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookies policy when our cookie usage changes or when laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
